It is important to plan carefully, and it is just as important to be flexible. Success and achievement usually do not end up coming about in exactly the way you planned.

While it is vital to have a realistic, workable method for getting from here to there, remember to keep in mind that the plan is not the goal. To reach the goal, you may need to relinquish the original plan, or at least certain parts of the plan.
